Project inquiries
When you submit a project form, your name, email, project description, and any company, service, budget, or timeline details you provide are stored in this site’s database. Intellectra uses these details to review and respond to your inquiry. Submission does not book a meeting or create a commercial agreement.
Consultation bookings
The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. When you use it, Cal.com processes the booking details you enter and technical information needed to show availability and arrange your meeting. Consultation requests sent through our separate inquiry form are stored by this website.
The AI Brief newsletter
Signing up with explicit consent saves your email address, signup source, consent wording and version, subscription status, and timestamps. This is a single opt-in list: email ownership has not been verified. Saving a subscription does not send an email automatically. Newsletters will be sent when an email delivery platform is connected.
Unsubscribing
When newsletters begin, each email will include an unsubscribe link. You can also ask Intellectra to unsubscribe you. Unsubscribing marks your record inactive.
Who can access your details
Records are stored using the site’s Cloudflare D1 database. Only authorized Intellectra team members can access inquiry and subscription records.
Security and retention
Forms validate their inputs and use limited request counters to reduce abuse. Request counters use a short-lived hash of a technical request identifier, not the raw IP address. The owner retains inquiry and subscription records for follow-up and list management. Avoid including passwords, financial details, or sensitive personal information in a project inquiry.
Popup preferences and site delivery
The introductory popup can appear after five seconds on the main pages. Closing it prevents another automatic popup during that page visit. The timer waits while you type in a form, and does not run on the contact or utility pages. Fonts load from Google Fonts; hosting providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. No added advertising or analytics trackers are included.
